Vitivinicultural farm, with production of Wine and Olive Oil, with registered trademark since 2003, with 22 hectares, being 14 hectares with port wine and 6 hectares VQPRD wine and others, located 10 minutes from the city of Régua and 20 minutes from Vila Real, located in the peaceful village of Poiares, with scenic views of the Douro River, and with several water wells.


The farm consists of:

- habitable house;
- Warehouse with storage capacity for agricultural machinery and garage;
- Traditional kitchen with fireplace;
- Wine House.

Mechanized vineyard, in terraces, with vineyard register with the following letters of Benefit B, C, D.
Within the property are varieties of Malvasia fino and Malvigata, Touriga Roriz.
Approximate production of 200 barrels of wine.
Olive oil with its own brand, with a production of around 1500 liters.
